You have to be logged onto tet, as this printer is not networked. After selecting ``Print'' from the ``File'' menu of your Windows program (gsview or Word), choose ``Local HP K550 printer'' from the list of printers. Click on ``Properties'' and make sure that the correct one of plain paper or transparencies is selected, as the printer uses more ink to print on transparencies. If you are printing from gsview, then select the ``Windows GDI Printer'' print method, click on the adjacent ``Settings'' button and ensure that the ``Full colour'' option is selected. Finally, click on ``OK''.
