You can keep it for a few months while you arrange to transfer any
files you want to keep to your new account. You will only be allowed
to keep it indefinitely if you will be continuing to visit or
collaborate with members of the Department. Please let
me know that you want to keep your account before you leave; otherwise
I may delete it while clearing out old users.
